Attribution in Company Law and Rectification of Contracts
In this article, Andrew Bowen QC looks at the Court of Appeal's decision in Hawksford Trustees Jersey Ltd v Stella Global UK Ltd which illustrates in the context of a share purchase agreement the potential problems facing a party contracting with a trust where the trust's decision maker and negotiator are not the same.
