Terra Firma Chambers are delighted to announce that Keith Stewart has been appointed as Queen’s Counsel. Nominated by the Lord Justice General and recommended by the First Minister, Keith is one of 10 new QCs approved by Her Majesty the Queen. This brings the number of silks at Terra Firma to 13, highlighting the strength within the stable.
Keith is a graduate of Oxford University and the University of Edinburgh who called to the bar in 1993. Since then he has established a wide-ranging practice incorporating both civil and criminal work. His civil practice covers the full scope of Terra Firma’s core practice areas with extensive experience in commercial matters, succession and reparation, including professional negligence. Keith was a Senior Advocate Depute from 2006 to 2010 and has prosecuted numerous High Court cases.
