Terra Firma Chambers member Mark Mohammed will be presenting a seminar entitled An Introduction to Appeals to the Sheriff Principal Under the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 as part of the Legal Services Agency's December seminar programme.  The seminar will be held on Thursday 1 December 2011at the Apex Waterloo Place Hotel, Edinburgh from 10am to 1pm and will qualify for three hours CPD.
