Terra Firma Chambers has again been recognised in the latest edition of Chambers UK Directory as the leading set for planning matters. For the third year running, the Stable has been awarded a Band 1 ranking for Planning, the only stable at the Scottish Bar to be recognised in this area: ‘Terra Firma Chambers unanimously remains the go-to set in Scotland for planning issues. Clients say they choose this stable for combining "great expertise, strong advocacy skills and sound advice."’ (Chambers UK, 2011).
In addition, Terra Firma members received 14 individual rankings for their expertise in Agriculture & Rural Affairs, Clinical Negligence, Commercial Dispute Resolution, Employment, Planning, Professional Discipline and Tax. The Stable now has 31 individual recommendations in the current editions of Chambers UK and Legal 500 with 20 members ranked in either one or both.
Emma Potter, Terra Firma’s Practice Manager, said: "We are delighted to have been recognised once again by Chambers UK as the leading set for planning matters. It is also pleasing to receive so many individual rankings across our core areas of practice. The number of new recommendations for our Members is particularly pleasing and underlines the strength throughout the Stable.”
