Steven Walker of Terra Firma Chambers is co-directing a major 4 day conference on energy related dispute resolution.  Practical Contracting and Dispute Management in the Energy Sector is being hosted by the University of Dundee’s Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) from 19 - 22 March 2012.

The conference will include presentations from leading practitioners in the industry with the emphasis on providing a practical understanding of the contracting process including contract selection, tendering, negotiation, contract preparation, contract management and effective management and resolution of disputes in the energy sector.
