Terra Firma Chambers is hosting its 3rd Annual Local Government Conference on Monday 9th July at the Mackenzie Building, Edinburgh.  Chaired by Neil Beynon, this full day conference features a range of talks covering legal updates in a number of areas of particular interest to local authorities, including Administration, Employment, Planning and the Environment, Licensing and Valuation and Rating.  The conference will be accredited for four and a half hours CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society for the solicitor branch of the profession.  The conference will be followed by a drinks reception and once again there will be no charge for attendance.
