Firma Chambers are pleased to announce that Ralph Smith QC has been appointed a Deputy Judge to the Upper Tribunal (Administrative Appeals Chamber).

The Lord Chancellor has accepted a recommendation by The Judicial Appointments Commission for the appointment.  He will sit as a Judge for 15 days per year and remains in full-time practice at Terra Firma Chambers.
