LexisNexis are re-launching Garner’s Environmental Law with new content provided by Landmark Chambers and Terra Firma Chambers.
Garner's Environmental Law is a comprehensive collection of annotated UK and EC source materials on environmental law arranged by subject. The work collects together all primary and secondary legislation, EC directives and government circulars under each subject area, accompanied by authoritative narrative coverage, including reference to the relevant cases. In addition to six looseleaf volumes, the service is now available on CD-ROM as part of the Butterworths Planning and Environmental Law Service and online through Local Government Direct.
In celebration of the re-launch, LexisNexis and Terra Firma are hosting a Seminar and Champagne Reception on Thursday 13th December 2012. The event will be chaired by Alan Blanchard of LexisNexis, with Terra Firma members Luise Locke, Robert Sutherland and Denis Edwards presenting a seminar entitled Environmental Law: Changes and Challenges.
