Terra Firma Chambers kicks off another busy year of seminars and conferences with a trio of in-house events in late January and early February. Denis Edwards will be presenting three seminars focusing on Judicial Review to Balfour & Manson, Anderson Strathern and Morton Fraser. These seminars will cover the following topical issues:
- Should the court’s leave (or permission) be required to bring judicial review petitions?
- Does Scots law need a three month time limit within which judicial reviews are raised?
- What Walton means for the right to bring judicial reviews
- Walton, EU law and judicial review
Terra Firma Chambers offers a wide-range of seminar topics that our members are happy to provide to all interested parties and in-house groups. We can tailor seminars specifically to your needs and are able to offer these at relatively short notice, at a time which suits you and your colleagues, usually without charge. Depending on numbers, we are happy either to present the seminar in-house or to arrange an alternative venue.
Further information can be found by visiting our Seminars page and details of all seminar topics offered can be found in our seminar catalogue. If you would like to discuss our seminar programme, request a copy of the catalogue or arrange a visit from the Terra Firma Chambers seminar team, please contact Emma Potter, Practice Manager.
