Terra Firma Chambers has confirmed details of its first dedicated Property Law Conference to be held on Thursday 18th April at the Mackenzie Building, Old Assembly Close, High Street, Edinburgh.  Sponsored by Wesleyan for Lawyers, the conference will be chaired by J. Gordon Reid QC and will feature a series of talks with an emphasis on Landlord & Tenant law.  Topics to be covered include the Consequences of Tenant Insolvency, Break Notices and Irritancy, Dilapidations, Agricultural Holdings, and Land & Buildings Transaction Tax.

The conference has been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing 4.5 hours CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society for the solicitor branch of the profession. The event will be followed by a drinks reception and there will be a modest fee for attendance of £75 per delegate.
