Steven Stuart acted for the successful appellants in the recent case of Site Projects Ltd v Scottish Ministers, [2008] CSOH 57, a decision of Lord Brodie allowing an appeal against a decision of a reporter  which had dismissed an appeal against an advertising enforcement notice.
