John McKendrick of Terra Firma and Outer Temple Chambers has been recognised in The Times Law supplement as their Lawyer of the Week.

The interview focuses on a landmark ruling where John successfully acted for the local authority in a Court of Protection case in which Mrs Justice Eleanor King approved the non-therapeutic sterilisation of a man with learning difficulties as “overwhelmingly in his best interests”.  The remainder of the interview covers John’s experiences and influences that have shaped his successful career at the English Bar.
