The Edinburgh Tax Network sponsored by Terra Firma Chambers, Lusona and Wesleyan for Lawyers will be presenting a seminar at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS), in Edinburgh, on Thursday 31st October 2013.
The seminar will feature three separate talks, starting with Professor Alex McDougall, consultant at Haines Watt, who will present a paper for practitioners entitled ‘Residency and the New Statutory Test’. This will be followed by ‘Post-Death IHT Planning’ by Terra Firma Chambers’ Derek Francis. The seminar will close with a talk by David Carroll of Wesleyan for lawyers on ‘Auto-Enrolment - The Opportunities and the Pitfalls and Managing the Risk’.
