Terra Firma Chambers’ Chairman, J Gordon Reid QC presented a paper entitled The Adjudicator’s Dilemma And Other Pet Theories to the Adjudication Society at the offices of MacRoberts in Edinburgh on Thursday 21st February 2014.  In this talk Mr Reid looked at some of the issues facing adjudicators with reference to recent case law and in respect of some recent cases.
