Denis Garrity of Terra Firma Chambers will be one of the speakers at a seminar on Contract Law hosted by the University of Edinburgh’s Centre for Commercial Law.  The seminar will be held in the Raeburn Room at Edinburgh University on Tuesday 2nd September 2014.

This seminar is aimed at solicitors who deal with contracts on a regular basis – whether drafting them or dealing with clients entering contracts.  Each topic will be co-presented by an academic from Edinburgh University with an Advocate providing a practical perspective. Denis’ paper is on interpretation of contracts with other the other topics under discussion being Issues Arising at the Beginning and End of a Contract and Implied Terms.
