Terra Firma member Denis Garrity has worked with Professor Fraser Davidson and Professor Laura Macgregor to produce the 3rd edition of their popular textbook Commercial Law in Scotland.

Whilst written primarily for students, the topics are covered in sufficient depth and breadth to make this a useful reference source for legal practitioners and other professionals.

To celebrate the launch of this book and the 5th edition of Woolman on Contract by Dr. Gillian Black, the Edinburgh Centre for Commercial Law at the University of Edinburgh’s Law School will be hosting a book launch on Thursday 12 February 2015 at 6pm.  This event will be held at the Raeburn Room, Old College and will include a short introduction by Lord Glennie.
