Terra Firma Chambers are delighted to announce that Scott Blair, Julius Komorowski and Stephen Winter have been appointed to the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s preferred Panel of Counsel.  These appointments follow the launch of the commission’s revised strategic litigation policy.

 

Scott Blair has been appointed to the A Panel with Julius and Stephen appointed to the B Panel.

 

The Commission was established to challenge discrimination and to protect and promote human rights.  Panel members provide legal services, including advice and representation in support of the commission’s advisory, regulatory and enforcement work across the equality and human rights spheres.
