Philip Simpson is speaking at this year’s Capital Gains Tax Conference run by Central Law Training. He is giving a commentary on recent case-law on capital gains tax issues. The conference is a regular event for tax practitioners, and is being chaired this year by Professor Alex McDougall. It takes place on 18th July 2008. Philip Simpson specialises in all areas of tax, and is frequently instructed in particular in relation to capital gains tax matters (including corporation tax relating to chargeable gains).
