Terra Firma Chambers’ Alasdair Sutherland will be one of the speakers at the WS Planning Law Conference to be held on Thursday 12th October at the Signet Library, Edinburgh.

With a Planning Bill expected to come before Parliament in winter 2017 following the Government's position statement on people, planning and places, the focus of this event is reform of the Scottish planning system.

Alasdair will provide a case law update with other highlights including a look at the impact of Brexit on the Scottish Planning System and reflections on Planning Inquiries and Planning Cases from The Right Honourable Lord Malcolm.
