Terra Firma Chambers hosted its annual Local Government conference in Glasgow on Monday 30th October 2017, at the Teacher Building in Glasgow.  Attendees included delegates from twenty of Scotland’s Local Authorities, representatives from the Scottish Government’s legal directorate and solicitors in private practice.

Chaired by Peter Grant-Hutchison, the conference featured a range of talks by members of Terra Firma in areas of particular interest to local authorities and those affected by their decisions. Topics included Judicial Review, Planning, Community Rights to Buy, Adults with Incapacity and Employment Law.

The event was very well received by delegates who provided excellent feedback.  Terra Firma would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended for helping to make the event such a success.
