Terra Firma Chambers' Scott Blair is to speak at the SLLP's 'Essential Licensing Update 2017' which will be held from 10am to 1pm on Friday 1st December 2013 at the Teacher Building, St Enoch Square, Glasgow.

Following the success of the Big Licensing Conference in June, the Essential Licensing Update 2017 will consider new licensing boards, new law, new policies and new challenges with Scott Blair providing expert analysis of the Supreme Court Judgement regarding minimum alcohol pricing - Scotch Whisky Association and others v The Lord Advocate and Another - which will be handed down on Wednesday 15th November.
