Pod's Law - Interim Protection for Employment Tribunal Claims

In the latest edition of his podcast Pod’s Law, Julius Komorowski and Lindsey Reynolds, senior solicitor for the Equality and Human Rights Commission, discuss the recent decision in AA v Secretary of State for BEIS in which Lord Tyre ruled that Employment Tribunal claimants can raise parallel proceedings for diligence on the dependence. Julius and Lindsey consider the implications for claimants, and their representatives, who fear their current or former employer will try to evade payment of any eventual award by the Tribunal.

Julius Komorowski was junior counsel for HM Government.
