Terra Firma Chambers’ Fergus Thomson has become a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) is a leading professional membership organisation representing the interests of alternative dispute practitioners worldwide.  The CIArb has three different grades of membership (Associate, Member, and Fellow) depending on skills, knowledge and experience.  Terra Firma has members in all three categories and more specialist arbitration Advocates than any other Stable at the Scottish Bar.

Fergus is also a member of the London Court of International Arbitration and a Member of the Faculty Dispute Resolution Service (FDRS).
