Nick Holroyd has been invited to speak at the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) Scotland Autumn Conference, taking place in Glasgow on the 31st October 2008. A member of the Committee of STEP Scotland, he will be discussing Trustee’s Liabilities -  a topic of particular interest in light of the recent Scottish Law Commission Discussion Paper regarding the Liability of Trustees to Third Parties.
