Terra Firma’s Autumn tour continues this week with a visit to Glasgow on Thursday 15th November. This follows two successful events last week in Inverness and Aberdeen.
Last week’s seminars were well attended and feedback from delegates was very positive. The Glasgow event follows the same theme - Land Law: Putting the Terra in Terra Firma - and will feature the following talks:-
- Property Law: Beware the Seller’s Questionnaire
- Scottish Law Commission Review: Title Conditions and Leases
- Abandoned, Neglected and Detrimental Land: The Extension of the Community Right to Buy
- Compulsory Purchase: What’s in Store?
The seminar has been accredited for 2.5 hours of CPD by the Faculty of Advocates and spaces are still available for a modest charge of £35 per person. Registration will be from 3pm, with the talks starting at 3.15pm. There will be short break in the middle and the seminars will be followed by a drinks reception at 6pm.
