Terra Firma's Mark Mohammed has been appointed as a full-time Advocate Depute at the Crown Office.Since calling to the Bar in 2011, Mark has been instructed in a range of planning, property, commercial, construction, professional negligence, licensing and public law matters.  He was Standing Junior Counsel to the office of the Advocate General from 2019-2020 and has been an Ad Hoc Advocate Depute since 2017.  He will join the resident team of Crown Counsel for an initial period of one year.
