The tenth edition of the Architect's Legal Handbook was published on 29th January 2021 with members of Terra Firma Chambers providing the bulk of the Scottish content.

With contributions from some of the leading experts in the field, the handbook features all the latest developments in the law which affect an architect's work, as well as providing comprehensive coverage of relevant UK law topics.  It is the most widely used reference on the law for practicing architects and the established textbook on law for architectural students.

Catriona Macleod penned the Introduction to Scots Law with Graham Dunlop and Alasdair Burnet QC contributing chapters on Statutory Authorities in Scotland and Planning Law in Scotland respectively.  William Frain-Bell contributed chapters on Scots Land Law and Architects' Contracts with Clients in addition to co-authoring the chapter on Party Walls.  Andrew Bowen QC provided the section on liability in Scots Law.
