Terra Firma Chambers’ Fred Mackintosh KC has been appointed Senior Counsel to the Scottish Hospitals Inquiry.  The appointment was made by the Right Honourable Lord Brodie KC PC, Chair of the Inquiry into the construction of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow and the Royal Hospital for Children and Young Persons/ the Department of Clinical Neurosciences, Edinburgh.

Acting on the instructions of the Chair and the Solicitor to the Inquiry, Fred will work alongside Michael Meehan K.C. and John MacGregor K.C. as Senior Counsel to the Inquiry.
