Terra Firma Chambers is pleased to announce that Kenneth Young has been appointed as a Standing Junior Counsel to the Scottish Government.  Kenneth joins fellow TFC members Ewen Brown and Denis Edwards on the list of approved SGLD Counsel with the appointment effective immediately.

Standing Junior Counsel may be instructed on any matter falling within the Scottish Government’s range of responsibilities but this does not affect the appointee’s ability to accept instructions from any other source, including instructions to act against the Scottish Government.
