Terra Firma Chambers is very pleased to announce that Peter Ferguson QC has joined the Chambers with immediate effect.  Peter has a wide ranging practice covering both civil and criminal law; he is experienced in Public Law, Administrative Law and Judicial Review (including local government licensing), Contract and Partnership and Property Law (land ownership and landlord and tenant).  Peter has been involved in Fatal Accident Inquiries and has extensive experience in Reparation and Personal Injury work, including Clinical Negligence and Professional Negligence.  He has advised in respect of compensation for miscarriages of justice and criminal injuries compensation.  His criminal work includes Health and Safety, Environmental, Pollution and Planning Offences and criminal appeals.
