Terra Firma Chambers’ James Findlay KC will be one of the speakers at the Scottish Public Law Group’s forthcoming lecture Public Law and the Environment.  This hybrid event will take place in person at the University of Edinburgh and online on Wednesday 19th March 2025 at 5.30pm.

At this event James will be joined by leading public law barrister and fellow member at Cornerstone Chambers in London, Estelle Dehon KC plus James Harrison, Professor of Environmental Law of the University of Edinburgh’s law school.  The speakers will discuss recent environmental cases, how the courts are applying and developing the law, and where things might go in the future.
