This event draws together a wealth of expertise to consider recent developments and to give practitioners essential practical advice on the topic of judicial review. There will be introductory presentations of relevance to all practitioners followed by workshops focusing on various aspects of social welfare law. Scott Blair will lead a workshop discussing Judicial Review and Community Care while Julius Komorowski will present a paper the fundamentals of judicial review.
The seminar will be held from 9.30am to 4.15pm at the Thistle Glasgow Hotel and is eligible for an award of 5 hrs CPD.
