The Edinburgh Tax Network, in conjunction with Terra Firma Chambers, will be presenting a seminar on Thursday 26th June 2014 at the Mackenzie Building, Old Assembly Close, Edinburgh. At this event, Darren Mellor-Clark, Head of Pinsent Masons’ Indirect Tax Advisory practice, will provide a VAT update on pension funds, discuss recent developments in MTIC VAT fraud and consider the current position of compound interest. Registration will commence at 12.30pm. The seminar will start at 1pm and has been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing 1 hour CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society for the solicitor branch of the profession.
