Terra Firma Chambers' Maurice O’Carroll will be the speaker at the ‘Fees In Employment Tribunals’ seminar hosted by the Legal Services Agency in Glasgow on Monday 25th August 2014.  The seminar will feature a discussion of the recent legal challenges to the introduction of fees into Employment Tribunals and the EAT in England and Scotland and the alternative forums and remedies available in the light of that development.

The seminar will examine the basis of the legal challenges to the introduction of fees into the ET and EAT and discuss the possible alternatives in terms of the remedies and forums which could be used in order to assert employment rights.
