The Edinburgh Tax Network in conjunction with Pinsent Masons and Terra Firma Chambers, will present a seminar on Wednesday 25th March 2015 at the Laigh Hall, Parliament House, Edinburgh.  This event will feature a discussion on Taxation in Scotland with the Deputy First Minister, John Swinney MSP, and a panel of tax experts.

Discussion topics covered will include Tax issues for Scottish businesses in an international context, The Scottish GAAR and Discovery Assessments. Delegates will also be given the opportunity to put their own questions to the panel.

The seminar has been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing 1.5 hours CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society for the solicitor branch of the profession.   The seminar will start at 5.45pm with drinks and canapés served at 7.15pm.  There is a modest £25 charge (per person) for attendance and prior booking is essential.
