Terra Firma Chambers has re-affirmed its ongoing commitment to strengthening links with law firms and direct access organisations throughout Scotland by announcing three seminar events this Autumn. The third and final seminar will take place in Aberdeen on 27th October.

Members of Terra Firma will present the following talks at each event:

 -  Adults with Incapacity: Challenges and Case Review
 -  Contract and Company Law Update
 -  Judicial Review: New Procedure and Practice
 -  Contentious Executry Update 

There is no charge for attendance at these events and each has been accredited for 2 hours of CPD by the Faculty of Advocates. Registration will be from 3pm, with the talks starting at 3.30pm. The events will be followed by a drinks reception at 5.30pm.
