The Charted Institute of Taxation, in conjunction with the Edinburgh Tax Network and Terra Firma Chambers, will present an update on HMRC Powers in Discovery Assessment on Thursday 23rd May 2019 at the Mackenzie Building, Old Assembly Close, Edinburgh. The speaker will be Derek Francis LL.B., CTA (Fellow), Advocate, Terra Firma Chambers & Barrister, Temple Tax Chambers.
Registration will commence at 5pm with the seminar starting at 5.30pm. It has been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing 1.5 hours CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society for the solicitor branch of the profession.
