The Edinburgh Tax Network, in conjunction with Terra Firma Chambers, will present a seminar entitled “(Tax) Year End Planning for Individuals & Owner Managed Businesses?” on Thursday 20th February 2020 at the Mackenzie Building, Old Assembly Close, Edinburgh. The speaker will be Mike Martin, Principal of The Number Crunchers.

For the last 21 years Mike has operated his own licensed accounting practice; working from home as a one man band he offers accounting, tax and business development services to mainly OMBs. Before this Mike worked in industry as an accountant and trouble shooter spending part of his career as an expat living in Finland, Germany and France. In 1999 he turned down a move to Hong Kong and subsequently set up “The Number Crunchers” based in Edinburgh. Mike is also a member of the CIOT Edinburgh branch committee. This is his second talk at the Edinburgh Tax Network.

Registration will commence at 5pm with the seminar starting at 5.30pm.  It has been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing 1 hour of Practice Development CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society for the solicitor branch of the profession.
