Terra Firma will host a planning law webinar, on 13th May 2021 at 2pm, with James Findlay QC, Alasdair Burnet QC and Fergus Colquhoun.

James will consider two recent Supreme Court cases; one on climate change and environmental challenges: Friends of the Earth v Heathrow Airport Ltd [2020] UKSC 52; and the other on planning challenges and interpretation: Samuel Smith Old Brewery v North Yorkshire County Council [2020] UKSC 3.  Alasdair will provide an update on recent Court of Session planning cases and Fergus will explore practical procedural issues in Judicial Reviews.
