New Deployment of Dispute Resolution Techniques in the 21st Century
David Parratt of Terra Firma Chambers is presenting a seminar to the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow regarding different methods of dispute resolution: from arbitration, to mediation (facilitative and evaluative), to dispute boards and 'hot-tubbing' to litigation as a last resort.
