Derek Francis, Chair of the Edinburgh Tax Network and Chair of CIOT and ATT’s Edinburgh Branch, will present a webinar entitled ‘Judicial or Consensual Variation of Trusts: a Brightline Test?’ on Thursday 28th October 2021, from 12noon to 1pm.
The seminar has been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing 1 hour of CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society for the solicitor branch of the profession.
