A Property Bar Association conference, sponsored by Terra Firma Chambers, will be held at The Mackenzie Building, Edinburgh on Thursday 10th November 2022.

The conference will be chaired by Terra Firma’s Denis Garrity with fellow TFC member Robert Sutherland delivering a recent case update on Rectification of Titles.  Lorna Richardson, Senior Lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Edinburgh Law School, will deliver a Commercial Leases Update and the conference will close with a talk by David Bartos, Commissioner at the Scottish Law Commission (and non-practising member of Terra Firma), who will present a paper on Termination of Leases and Proposals for Reform.

Registration will commence at 4pm with the conference programme starting at 4.30pm. The evening will conclude with a reception serving drinks and canapés from 6pm.

The seminar has been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing 1.5 hours of CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society for the solicitor branch of the profession.
