Planning and Environmental Law Update
Alasdair Burnet of Terra Firma Chambers is presenting a seminar to the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow as part of their CPD programme. The Seminar will provide an overview of the recent changes to planning law and how these changes affect planning inquiries. Particular consideration will be given to the proposed new appeal mechanisms under Regulations deriving from the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006. More information is available here.
