Terra Firma Chambers will host a Budget Seminar on Tuesday 3rd December at the Mackenzie Building, Edinburgh.
Following the Chancellor’s recent statement, Philip Simpson KC and Gordon Watt will discuss the main areas of interest and relevance to Tax practitioners. Attendees will be given the chance to decide the focus of the talks in advance by selecting from the following list:-

A survey link will be sent to all attendees on sign-up allowing them to select up to three areas of particular interest. Philip and Gordon will discuss the most popular topics in detail and provide a summary of the key points for any others. We cannot guarantee to cover every topic selected but it is our intention to provide a general overview while focusing on the areas of most interest to attendees.

This event has been accredited for 1.5 hours of substantive law CPD by the Faculty of Advocates and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society of Scotland for the solicitor branch of the profession. The seminar may also count towards the CPD requirements of ICAS, CIOT, ICAEW, STEP and ATT.
