Terra Firma Chambers will be presenting a programme of seminars in Aberdeen on Thursday 7th October at the Royal Northern & University Club. There will be four talks of 45 minute in length (with a short break in the middle). The first two talks before the break have a particular focus on private client and trusts. The third talk, on directors’ duties, is at the cross-over between corporate and private client. The fourth talk – with a tax content – is also relevant to both fields. The seminars have been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing 3 hours CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society for the solicitor branch of the profession. There is no charge for attending.
