Terra Firma Chambers will be presenting a programme of seminars in Aberdeen on Thursday 2nd June at the Royal Northern & University Club.  There will be two talks, with a short break in the middle. The first talk, by David Parratt, will discuss mechanisms of dispute resolution in the trust context, while the second, presented jointed by Nick Holroyd and Derek Francis, will focus on Personal Injury Trusts. The talks will be followed by a Drinks Reception at 6pm. The seminars have been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing 2 hours CPD for its own members and are eligible for a similar award from the Law Society for the solicitor branch of the profession and CIOT/ICAS/ICAEW. The talks are aimed at the legal, tax and accounting professions. There is no charge for attending.
