This course will be run over a weekend and will introduce prospective arbitrators to the principles of domestic and international commercial arbitration and its use as a mechanism or range of techniques for the resolution of commercial disputes. It is run and organised by the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee and successful completion of this course provides professional accreditation as a CEPMLP Commercial Arbitrator – CommArb (CEPMLP).
