Terra Firma Chambers is hosting a full day conference specifically designed to cover a range of issues relating to Commercial Law. The conference will be chaired by Roy Martin QC and will feature a series of talks on a variety of topics including legal updates on developments in Commercial Law; Exclusion Clauses and the Unfair Contract Terms Act; Supply of Goods and issues relating to Commercial Leases and Contracts.  In addition, there will be two talks covering different areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

The conference will be held on Monday 14th November 2011, at the Mackenzie Building, Old Assembly Close, High Street, Edinburgh and will be followed by a champagne reception.  The conference has been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing five and a half hours CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society for the solicitor branch of the profession.  There will be a modest fee for attendance of £50 per delegate.
