Trustbar in conjunction with the Scottish Tax Network is presenting a seminar on Thursday 17 November 2011 at the offices of Thorntons in Dundee.  Terra Firma members Nick Holroyd and Derek Francis will present two papers examining Personal Injury Trusts: The Big Picture and The Detail. These talks aim to provide answers to questions such as what Personal Injury Trusts are, why you might want one, how they are set up and what the tax implications are.  The seminars have been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing 1.5 hours CPD for its own members and are eligible for a similar award from the Law Society for the solicitor branch of the profession.  The seminar will be followed by drinks and canapes and the cost for attendance is £25.
