Terra Firma Chambers is hosting a seminar at the Barcelo Stirling Highland Hotel on Thursday 26 April 2012. The event will begin at 3.15pm with a varied programme of talks followed by a drinks reception at 6pm.
The seminar will be chaired by Roddy Thomson QC and consists of four talks covering Judicial Review of public authority decisions; Arbitration; case law developments in respect of arrestment and inhibition on the dependence; and rating liabilities for commercial landlords. There is no charge for attendance at this event which has been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates for two hours of CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society for the solicitor branch of the profession.
